UX Designer Intern

We build secure, high-quality software for clients in regulated industries, including healthcare. We have a live application that's growing fast — and we want a fresh pair of eyes to help make it clearer, simpler, and better to use.

As a UX Designer Intern, you'll:

Review the existing app and spot usability issues and friction points
Propose and design improvements — wireframes, mockups, prototypes
Help make the product feel consistent end-to-end
Work directly with engineers to see your designs ship

What we're looking for:

Pursuing a degree in design, HCI, or similar (or a strong portfolio)
Comfortable with a design tool like Figma
A solid grasp of UX basics — usability, hierarchy, consistency
A keen eye for detail and clear communication

Nice to have: a portfolio showing your process, prototyping or design-systems experience, and an interest in accessibility or healthcare.

You'll do real work on a live product, with senior mentorship and room to own improvements end-to-end.
