### Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement generative AI models to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Optimize and maintain AI algorithms for scalability and performance.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of AI models.
- Automate processes to streamline and enhance productivity.
- Document and communicate technical findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in AI technologies.

### Requirements
- Proficiency in Python for AI model development and deployment.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG') frameworks.
- Knowledge of Model Composition Protocols (MCP) for AI systems.
- Strong understanding of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Background in automation tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic remote environment.
