Recroid offers a unique feature that enables companies and placement cells to create customised test rounds. This capability is designed to streamline the recruitment process by allowing organisations to use their existing aptitude papers or generate new tests tailored to specific job roles.
#### How It Works
A company or placement cell can attach their existing aptitude paper to a test round. Recroid reads a CSV of questions exactly as written. For documents like Word or PDF, the paper is lifted into questions word for word. If any multiple-choice question lacks a key, it is kept as a written question and highlighted before saving.
Alternatively, Recroid can generate a test from the job's title and required skills. This flexibility ensures that the test is relevant and aligned with the job requirements.
