No-dues clearance, visible on your phone
Recroid lets a placement cell start a no-dues checklist and lets each student follow counter confirmations and any hold reason from their Documents page.
Before a student completes placement formalities or leaves campus, no-dues clearance can mean visiting several counters with a form. The library, hostel office and accounts each need to confirm their part. Until those confirmations are collected, it can be hard for the student to see what is still pending.
Recroid’s no-dues clearance puts that checklist on the student’s page. The placement cell can start one for an individual student or for a whole batch. As each counter confirms, its item is ticked on the student’s page. The student can follow those updates from the Documents page on their phone.
If a counter puts the clearance on hold, the student can see the reason. That makes the hold visible rather than leaving the student to guess why the checklist has not moved forward. The feature does not remove the counters’ need to confirm their part. It shows their confirmations and any stated hold in one place for the student.
The checklist is built around the steps that need confirmation. Each counter’s tick reflects that counter confirming; it does not mean every other counter has cleared. When every counter has cleared, both sides are told. Until then, the student can check the Documents page to see the ticks and any visible hold reason.
To use it, the placement cell starts the checklist for one student or a batch. The student then follows the checklist on their Documents page. If you are a student, check that page to see which counters have confirmed and whether a hold reason is shown. If you work in a placement cell, start the checklist for the student or batch that needs clearance.
You can register with Recroid to get started. No-dues clearance is a way to follow the confirmations on a phone, instead of relying only on a form being carried from counter to counter.
