This week, Recroid's feed shows 22,026 postings open right now across all countries. Of these, 3,515 are located in India. In the last seven days, 8,038 postings were first seen. Currently, there are 345 open internships available globally.
1,388 postings mention a pay figure, while 200 postings require zero years of experience. Notably, 13,028 postings come directly from employer career sites.
In terms of skills, Python leads with 413 postings in India this week. Following are SQL with 239 postings, AWS and Go both with 199 postings, and SAP with 195 postings. Other notable skills include CI/CD with 194 postings, Azure with 191 postings, and Excel with 175 postings. Machine Learning and DevOps round out the top ten with 167 and 155 postings, respectively.
Among companies, Micron Technology leads with 272 new postings in India. Paytm follows with 189 postings, and PwC with 169. Other top hirers include Mastercard with 55, HP with 47, and Novartis with 43 postings. Inmobi and Abbott also feature prominently with 42 and 41 postings, respectively.
For freshers, the 200 postings requiring no experience are a good starting point. They should focus on skills like Python and SQL, which are highly sought after. Placement cells can guide students towards companies like Micron Technology and Paytm, which are actively hiring.
