Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our global DevOps team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms, cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and containerized environments. You will play a key role in driving DevOps transformation initiatives, enabling secure and scalable software delivery, and supporting cloud migration and modernization efforts across both cloud and on-premises environments. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows. Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications using VM, Docker and Kubernetes. Implement automation solutions to improve build, packaging, deployment, release, and operational processes. Manage and support cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments. Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable software releases. Implement DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability management, compliance controls, and security automation. Monitor system health, performance, availability, and reliability using modern observability tools. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application issues. Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging DevOps technologies and best practices. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-7years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience building and supporting enterprise CI/CD ecosystems. Experience working in globally distributed Agile organizations. Azure DevOps, Git, Azure Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions (preferred) Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment best practices Microsoft Azure (mandatory), AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (preferred) Hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure management Docker,  Kubernetes, Kubernetes security and cluster administration Python (strongly preferred), PowerShell. Bash/Shell scripting Vulnerability scanning and remediation Secrets management (Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault) Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience supporting C/C++ build environments, Makefiles, build systems, and software packaging Preferred Qualifications Experience leading cloud migration or modernization initiatives. Exposure to Platform Engineering concepts and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP). Familiarity with AI-assisted development and DevOps automation tools. Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Cloud certifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while driving cross-functional initiatives. Exposure to C/C++ technologies and make files. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Python scripting, and cloud technologies. This individual will play a key role in driving cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, DevSecOps adoption, and operational excellence initiatives.
