Your Mission As the Product Manager for the Discover squad, you will focus on the upper funnel of the passenger journey. Your mission is to capture global traffic via SEO and emerging LLM-based search (GEO), ensuring passengers have a seamless experience when they land on our platform. You will build a vision that maximizes conversion from all acquisition channels, prioritizing high-impact projects across our core markets. The Team The Demand Team: The Discover squad is a core team of the Demand pillar, owning the end-to-end passenger experience alongside Search, Booking, Payment, and Post-booking. Your Squad: You will co-lead the Discover squad alongside an Engineering Manager. The squad consists of 6 front-end engineers. Internal Stakeholders: Product Marketing, SEO and Digital Marketing Managers, Product Data, Product Design, and Business leads. Your Responsibilities Shape the Discover strategy & roadmap: Define the Product and Engineering vision for the Discover scope, along with the appropriate KPIs to measure progress. You will take full responsibility for your scope from strategy to execution. Drive top-funnel acquisition: Partner with the Marketing and SEO teams to define and deliver the acquisition roadmap. This includes adapting our architecture for the AI era to ensure our inventory is easily crawlable by LLMs and AI agents. Maximize landing page conversion: Define and deliver a strategy to optimize the landing experience and maximize conversion from all channels. You will leverage AB tests to run experiments and drive our Land-to-Book conversion targets. Navigate cross-functional alignment: Act as the go-to product person for all Discover topics. Communicate the strategy, formalize major decisions, and ensure alignment across Engineering, Marketing, Design, Data, and Business teams. Manage the Busfor platform: Act as the referent Product Manager for Busfor, a standalone brand acquired and owned by BlaBlaCar operating in Eastern Europe Your Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of Product Management. An experience in top-of-funnel acquisition, growth, or SEO is preferred but not required. Problem-Solving: Highly analytical with a proven track record of using A/B testing to deliver fast, incremental impact on conversion rates. Stakeholder Influence: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional relationships, gain buy-in, and clearly communicate prioritization decisions.
