Senior Manager

• Lead and execute risk-based audits of digital solutions, data platforms, and AI solutions, including agentic AI. • Assess agentic AI governance, including agent and use-case inventory, risk classification, model and tool selection, permissions, human oversight & guardrails. • Develop audit scope, risk and control matrices, testing procedures and evidence requirements; use data analysis or Agentic AI where appropriate to validate controls and identify exceptions. • Lead stakeholder discussions, articulate control gaps and business risks, agree the gaps, prepare executive-ready audit reports and manage timely closure of workpapers in GRC.
