AWM | Private Bank | Credit Underwriter | Dallas

As a member of the Private Bank Underwriting team, you will play an integral role in evaluating, structuring, and executing credit solutions for sophisticated Private Bank clients. You will partner closely with Underwriters, Originators, Bankers, Credit Executives, Risk, Legal, and investment professionals to deliver thoughtful lending solutions while maintaining a disciplined approach to credit risk. Depending on experience and level, you will support or lead the underwriting process, develop credit recommendations, coordinate transaction execution, and monitor an assigned portfolio. More experienced professionals will independently manage complex transactions, provide subject-matter expertise, mentor junior team members, and contribute to underwriting standards and process improvements. This role blends financial analysis, credit judgment development, and cross‑functional collaboration, providing a pathway to becoming a senior underwriter.
