HR Apprentice

What you’ll do: •    Partner with the HRBP on day-to-day HR initiatives and projects •    Support employee engagement and employee communication activities •    Coordinate learning and development programs •    Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes •    Maintain HR data, reports, and trackers. Prepare presentations, reports, and basic HR dashboards •    Coordinate employee communications and event logistics Qualifications: •    Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related fields, MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Optional) Skills: •    Experience in HR Business Partnering/ HR Generalist •    Good communication •    MS Excel •    Data Visualization and Insights •    HR Operations Support •    Coordination & Planning •    Data-driven mindset
