Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Purpose: We are seeking a talented and passionate  Senior Full Stack Engineer  to design, architect, and deliver next-generation, mission-critical web applications. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in engineering scalable, high-performance distributed systems with  Java / Spring Boot  on the back end and modern, responsive user experiences with  React & TypeScript  on the front end. As a senior technical contributor, you will drive architectural decisions, champion clean coding and DevOps best practices, and mentor engineers across the team. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges at global scale and want to see your code make a tangible impact, we would love to have you on our team.   Job Background / Context: Architect & Build:  Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of resilient microservices and full-stack web applications. Modern Front-End Engineering:  Build intuitive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using modern React, Redux, and TypeScript. Robust Back-End Services:  Develop high-throughput RESTful APIs, event-driven pipelines, and data persistence layers with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and relational/NoSQL databases. Engineering Excellence:  Champion code quality through automated testing, peer code reviews, CI/CD automation, and architectural discussions. Scale & Optimize:  Profile and optimize applications for maximum speed, security, resilience, and horizontal scalability. Technical Leadership & Mentorship:  Act as a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and platform architects, and coach junior/mid-level engineers. Innovation:  Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, libraries, and frameworks to keep our tech stack modern and efficient.   Our Core Tech Stack Back End:  Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA / Hibernate, Reactive Spring Front End:  React, TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+), Redux / Modern State Management, HTML5, CSS3 / Modern CSS Frameworks, Webpack / Vite, MicroFrontEnd Databases & Data Stores:  PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis DevOps & Cloud:  Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Tekton), AWS / Hybrid Cloud Build & Version Control:  Git, Maven, Gradle, npm / yarn   Qualifications Core Experience 7-9 Years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade full-stack web applications. Strong proficiency in  Java  and extensive, hands-on experience with the  Spring Ecosystem  (Spring Boot, microservices architecture, RESTful API design). In-depth experience with  React , state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and modern front-end tooling/build workflows. Strong Experience with building Micro Front Ends in a React based environment. Solid understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) database design, indexing, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate / JPA). Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, system design, and security best practices. Proven track record with automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library) and CI/CD pipelines. Professional & Leadership Attributes Autonomy and ownership: Ability to take business requirements from concept to production with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, maintainability, and clean architecture (SOLID principles). Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
