Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Internship

Department: Product Planning & Fulfillment (PPF)   Job Responsibilities   Join our Product Planning & Fulfillment team and gain hands-on experience in global semiconductor supply chain operations, combining supply chain planning, data analytics, and process automation.   As a Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Intern, you will have the opportunity to:   Support supply chain planning activities, including demand and supply analysis, inventory management, capacity planning, and fulfillment.   Analyze operational data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.   Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.   Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.   Explore the application of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to optimize processes and support data-driven decision-making.   Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to support business objectives.   Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, data accuracy, and reporting standardization.   Contribute to projects that provide exposure to global supply chain operations and business decision-making.   Job Qualifications   Education   Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Business administration, or a related field.   Expected graduation date: December 2027 or 2028.   Must be actively enrolled in a university program.   Technical Skills   Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.   Interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and process automation.   Familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL, Databricks or similar analytical tools is a plus.   Interest in artificial intelligence and its practical applications in business environments.   Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.   Language Requirements   English proficiency: Minimum B2 level (upper-intermediate) , with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.   Personal Skills   Proactive mindset, curiosity, and strong willingness to learn.   Ability to approach challenges with analytical and creative thinking.   Good communication and teamwork skills.   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.   Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.   Interest in continuous improvement and developing innovative solutions.   Previous professional experience is not required.   What You'll Gain   Hands-on experience in global semiconductor supply chain operations.   Exposure to supply chain planning, business intelligence, and automation.   Opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects with real business impact.   Collaboration with experienced professionals and international teams.   Development of analytical, technical, and professional capabilities.   A learning environment that encourages curiosity, initiative, and continuous improvement.   #LI-FCC3 More information about NXP in Mexico... #LI-fcc3
