Role Summary Acts as the strategic link between the T-Hub and Nestlé market/business teams, ensuring transportation capacity, service, and provider performance support overall supply chain requirements. The role also serves as a key escalation point for transportation/logistics issues while managing day-to-day relationships with transportation providers.   Key Responsibilities Business & Market Partnership: Represent the T-Hub to business/market stakeholders and translate supply chain needs into transportation strategies and actions. Transportation Performance: Conduct weekly reviews of provider performance, route-guide effectiveness, failed tenders, and forward-looking demand vs. available capacity. Issue Escalation & Resolution: Support service and capacity teams on exceptional transportation issues, including securing coverage when normal arrangements are insufficient. Provider Management: Maintain relationships with transportation providers, address concerns, reinforce standard practices, and drive improvement actions. Contingency Planning: Develop strategies and end-to-end partnerships to manage short-term transportation demand spikes and exceptional logistics scenarios. Cost & Service Strategy: Recommend and implement transportation approaches that balance T-Hub cost/service objectives with broader market supply chain strategies.   Qualifications: 5+ years in transportation planning and/or execution. Strong hands-on/frontline transportation expertise rather than purely strategic supply chain experience. Exposure to multiple areas of supply chain, with the ability to connect transportation decisions to broader business needs. Strong stakeholder and provider management skills, particularly around escalations, capacity constraints, service performance, and contingency planning.
