This expert-level role is crucial for creating and maintaining high-performance, scalable solutions that support high-volume transactional processes, especially within Supply Chain Execution and Finance</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Senior Design Leadership:</strong> Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major enterprise enhancements, providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.</li> <li><strong>Advanced Development Execution:</strong> Own the hands-on development of critical, high-impact technical modules, prioritizing clean, maintainable, and high-performance code across the Oracle Fusion environment.</li> <li><strong>Custom Development:</strong> Personally drive the design and development of the most complex and sensitive technical solutions (Extensions, Complex Interfaces, Customizations) using core Fusion development tools: <strong>BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.</strong></li> <li><strong>Deep Dive Resolution:</strong> Serve as the <strong>final escalation point for P1/P2 operational incidents</strong>, providing rapid root cause analysis and implementing permanent, preventative technical resolutions across system code or configuration.</li> <li><strong>Integration Design:</strong> Lead performance tuning initiatives for critical ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces partnering with OIC/OPA Developer.</li> <li><strong>Technical Standards:</strong> Establish technical standards, coding best practices, and quality gates for all development work performed by the technical team.</li> </ul> <h2>Role Requirements</h2> <h2>Must-Have Skills</h2> <ul> <li>10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ERP functional and technical roles.</li> <li>6+ years of hands-on, deep implementation, and technology support experience with <strong>Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Mandatory:</strong> Proven history of designing, building, or architecting complex technical solutions within the Fusion framework using tools like <strong>AI Agent Studio, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.</strong></li> <li>Deep understanding of integration technology, including proven experience designing robust interfaces using <strong>OIC</strong> for shop floor and warehouse systems.</li> <li>Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.</li> </ul> <h2>Nice-to-Have Skills</h2> <ul> <li>Experience in an organization transitioning to Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with other Oracle PaaS tools.</li> <li>Experience setting up/using CI/CD tools like FlexDeploy</li> <li>Third-party supporting software experience like Avalara, Kyriba, Zip, etc.</li> <li>Exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry.</li> <li>Relevant professional product/functional certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud certifications)</li> <li>Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Equity</h3> <p>This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.</p> <h3>Benefits</h3> <p>Cloudflare offers a complete package of benefits and programs to support you and your family.
