Instructional Design Specialist

The Instructional Designer for Vertiv’s High-Density Cooling Training division will develop and deliver engaging, impactful learning materials to support technical training in high-performance cooling systems for data centers. This role will involve designing both in-person and digital training programs tailored for diverse audiences, including sales, service, and engineering teams, as well as external customers. The Instructional Designer will create effective instructional materials, including guides, multimedia presentations, and interactive modules, that enhance understanding of high-density cooling solutions, installation processes, and safety practices.
