Operational Control Manager (SVP)

CREIF Luxembourg is looking for an leading Operational Control Manager (OCM) who will assist the business in the implementation and execution of the risk management framework. The Operational Control Manager will work closely with the Managing Director, business managers and their operational teams to identify, assess and propose mitigating actions in relation to entity level, business and operational risks. Within the three lines model, the OCM team sits in the first line. As the “Operational Control Manager” you will be a key reference point for the business to develop and maintain risk management processes in everyday activities, supporting and promoting the concept that ‘everyone is a risk manager’. • You have experience in operational risk in financial services and/or the funds industry in first, second or third line roles; • You will manage the “in control” agenda for operational risk for CREIF Luxembourg: be responsible for all aspects ranging from process maintenance and risk
