JOB DESCRIPTION: Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead with 10–15 years of experience in software testing and automation, who has successfully led automation initiatives for large enterprise projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing scalable automation frameworks and managing teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end test automation strategy and execution for enterprise-grade applications. Design and architect robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks. Manage and mentor a team of ~10 automation engineers. Drive adoption of best practices in test automation, CI/CD integration, and DevOps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders. Implement AI-driven approaches to accelerate script creation and maintenance. Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. Provide technical leadership and perform code reviews. Capability development / upskilling. Track automation metrics and continuously improve quality processes. Work with cloud-based environments, preferably Azure. Defining automation roadmap. Required Skills & Qualifications 10–12 years of experience in software testing and test automation. Strong experience in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Page Object Model (POM). Proven experience in automation framework design and architecture. Hands-on experience with AI tools for test automation and script generation. Solid understanding of testing types: functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and UAT. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Experience in cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
