Business Analyst

Job Summary The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the organisation’s corporate performance and monitoring activities by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making. This role works closely with the Lead, Strategist to evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable insights that drive organisational effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to organisational performance, operations, and strategic initiatives. Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Conduct business process reviews and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support project implementation. Contribute to the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives. Maintain accurate records and documentation of analysis, findings, and recommendations. 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, performance monitoring, data analysis, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in healthcare or public sector organisations is an advantage. Must be a resident of Imo State or open to relocation. Experience level: Mid-Senior Level · Function: Strategy/Planning
