Job Title Software Development Engineering - Professional II   Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Java applications. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design. Hands-on coding, debugging, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time. Implement best practices for coding standards, performance optimization, and security. Work on reducing technical debt and improving code quality using tools like SonarQube and Fortify. Support production systems and ensure timely resolution of issues.   Experience: 5–12 years overall, with strong expertise in design, development, and troubleshooting across the full SDLC.   Technical Expertise Core Technologies: Java 8+ UI frameworks: Angular 8+ or similar (ReactJS, etc.) Application frameworks: Spring Boot, Quarkus, ORM frameworks Microservices architecture Web Services: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML Tools: Putty, SOAPUI, Postman DevOps: GitLab or similar CI/CD tools Cloud Platforms: experience in any one platform ( AWS, Azure, GCP ) Code Quality & Security: SonarQube, Fortify, WebInspect Design Patterns & Architecture: SOA, Microservices, Event-driven programming, Hexagonal architecture Build Tools: Maven, Ant, Gradle Project Management & Documentation: JIRA, Confluence Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.  Please: Apply using your legal name Complete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).
