Assistant Manager

To support the effective placement, administration, and optimisation of the company’s outward reinsurance programme for the UK business. The Assistant Manager will work closely with underwriting, actuarial, finance, and broker partners to ensure timely execution, accurate reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements (including Solvency II and Lloyd’s if applicable. The Credit Control Assistant Manager/ Lead Assistant Manager will lead a team responsible for managing both Bureau and Non-Bureau collections within the UK insurance market. This includes overseeing the timely collection of premiums, minimizing aged debt, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing training and guidance to team members. The Team Leader will work closely with senior management to implement credit policies, support process improvements, and maintain effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
