Cyber Red Team Researcher

Ford’s Red Team is seeking an experienced Offensive Security professional to join a highly technical, fast-moving team focused on identifying and demonstrating real-world risk across the enterprise. We’re looking for a hands-on operator with deep offensive security experience, strong coding skills, and the drive to turn ideas into action. Our team is increasingly AI-native, using autonomous agents and custom tooling to operate at greater speed and scale. The right candidate will bring a strong offensive foundation first, while being excited to explore how AI, automation, and agentic systems can amplify what skilled attackers are capable of accomplishing.
