Assistant Manager

Lead end-to-end Fixed Asset accounting and governance activities across the asset lifecycle. Manage asset capitalization, CWIP/CIP monitoring, and timely project closure. Oversee monthly depreciation runs and ensure accurate financial reporting. Perform Fixed Asset to General Ledger reconciliations and resolve variances. Manage asset transfers, retirements, disposals, and write-offs in compliance with company policies. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements. Coordinate internal and external audit requests and address audit observations. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence within the Fixed Asset function. Partner with business stakeholders to ensure accurate asset accounting and governance.
