Software Developer

NeoWork is hiring Software Developers to join engineering teams at fast-growing U.S. companies. You will build, ship, and maintain features across the stack, working directly with product and engineering leads. NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end features • Write clean, tested, and well-documented code • Integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions • Troubleshoot bugs and improve performance and reliability • Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship on schedule Requirements 3+ years of professional software development experience • Strong proficiency in at least one modern stack (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Node.js, or Python) • Experience with REST APIs, databases, and Git • Good spoken and written English for working with U.S. teams • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of your work • Availability for overlap with U.S. business hours • Based in Colombia, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Experience with AI/LLM integrations Benefits We offer health insurance for contractors • Holiday Extra Pay The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs. • This is a 100% home-based position • We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being. • In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives are provided. • There is an annual review and appraisal process in place. • There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
