Associate - BIM

The Associate - BIM is responsible for providing strategic leadership for BIM and digital delivery across the UK Water business. The role leads multiple BIM teams, supports business growth initiatives, develops BIM capability, drives innovation and digital transformation, and ensures the consistent application of BIM standards and governance across projects. As a Associate works closely with Project Asset Design Lead, Project Managers, Design Leads, Principal BIM Modeller, and clients to establish BIM delivery strategies, optimize project performance, improve operational efficiency, and promote industry-leading BIM practices. The role also supports talent development, resource planning, digital innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the business objectives.
