Vehicle Calibration & Test Supervisor

The Vehicle Calibration and Test (VCT) Supervisor leads vehicle calibration and test development, launches, validation, and ongoing plant support for North American programs. The role combines engineering expertise, cross-functional leadership, supplier management, and cost oversight. • Candidates need a B.S. engineering degree, 5 or more years of final assembly process tooling development experience, and extensive knowledge of tooling commissioning, failure mode avoidance, and diagnostic validation. • Responsibilities include leading pre-launch validation through MP2, coordinating launch reviews, applying lessons learned to product and equipment standards, supporting issue resolution, ensuring GVOSS and ergonomic compliance, and identifying cost reductions.
