Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Support end-to-end sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking. Identify sourcing opportunities and recommend cost optimization initiatives. Assist in category strategy development and execution. Supplier Management Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers. Maintain supplier database and sourcing documentation. Support supplier performance reviews and scorecard tracking. Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, clarifications, and commercial discussions. Procurement Operations Analyze spend data and prepare sourcing reports. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Support purchase requisition and sourcing workflows. Track sourcing project timelines and deliverables. Contract Support Assist in contract drafting, review, and execution processes. Maintain contract repository and renewal trackers. Coordinate with legal and business stakeholders for contract approvals.
