We’re seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and highly motivated Research Manager to join the research team in our London office. Reporting to the Research and Insights Lead, this role will manage a broad programme of market and consumer research across multiple markets, delivering high-quality insight that informs customer, product, brand and communications decisions. The successful candidate will combine strong qualitative and quantitative research expertise with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, translating evidence into clear, actionable recommendations for the business.
