Job Function: Finance Job Sub Function: Financial Planning & Analysis Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Job Description: DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n)   Sr .   Financial Analyst, FP&A Intl ,   located   in  Bangalore, India .   The   Sr.   Financial Analyst, FP&A Intl supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for international operations, providing insights that help leaders make informed business decisions. This role plays a key   part   in driving financial discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization. The position offers exposure to global stakeholders, complex financial analysis, and opportunities to contribute directly to business strategy and growth.     Key Responsibilities   Support annual budget, forecast, and long‑range planning processes for international business units.   Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast.   Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decision‑making.   Partner with regional and global stakeholders to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities.   Prepare clear and concise management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.   Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and   provide   actionable insights to improve financial performance.   Support process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives within FP&A.     Qualifications   Education   Bachelor’s degree in   Finance , Accounting, Economics, or   a related   field   (required).   Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).   Experience and Skills   Required:   2 – 4   years   of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance roles.   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.   Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.   Proficiency   in Excel and financial reporting tools.   Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.   Preferred:   Experience supporting   international or regional FP&A   activities.   Familiarity with   ERP systems   (e.g., SAP) and planning tools.   Experience in a multinational, shared services, or matrixed environment.   Background in healthcare, medical device, or manufacturing industries.   Exposure to   financial modeling or business case development.   Other:   Languages:   Fluent in   English and Mandarin   (required).   Travel:   Up to   10% , primarily international or regional.   Certifications:   CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred).     For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness,   career   and life journey, please visit   www.careers.jnj.com .
