Product Manager

Key Responsibilities ●     Develop and maintain delivery methodologies for consistent, high-quality customer outcomes ●     Drive product roadmap for business applications that create user value ●     Collaborate cross-functionally to define success metrics, priorities, and implementation plans; manage product lifecycle from concept to delivery ●     Architect and deliver solution-oriented implementations in customer environments ●     Develop product and technical implementation plans, processes, and workflows Voice of Customer ●     Translate customer needs into user stories through continuous discovery (surveys, interviews) ●     Leverage empirical and qualitative data to assess feature performance and inform prioritization ●     Analyze tradeoffs involving customer value, cost, and effort ●     Proactively seek customer feedback and facilitate product demos for real-time team feedback Delivery Oversight ●     Prioritize work through organized backlog of user stories with clear timelines ●     Define and communicate acceptance criteria based on business and customer needs Team Enablement ●     Regularly engage with team to provide feedback on work-in-progress and clarify requirements ●     Coordinate with program management on resourcing and functional expertise ●     Provide performance management feedback for team members What You'll Bring ●     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field—or equivalent work experience ●     Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing technical teams ●     Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders ●     Customer-first mindset with passion for delivering outstanding service and value ●     Experience facilitating requirement discovery sessions to understand business context, user intent, and solution objectives ●     Experience designing and launching new service offerings that support customer goals ●     Experience collaborating with development teams on feasibility assessment and UX/change management ●     Experience building user-facing products ●     Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ●     In-depth knowledge of software best practices and frameworks across diverse technical environments ●     Highly organized and proactive resource management skills ●     Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools ●     Preferred experience with AI product and data product development
