Power Systems and Electronics SME

We are seeking a Power Systems & Electronics Subject Matter Expert to provide technical leadership across power architecture, power electronics, and associated control systems within High Density Liquid Cooling. Acting as an independent technical authority, this role will define and govern engineering standards, support delivery teams, and ensure reliable, compliant system performance across concept, design, manufacture, validation, and commissioning. The successful candidate will guide critical decisions on AC and DC power architectures, power quality, protection, control integration, and resilience, reducing technical risk and driving standardisation across products and projects. This role will define and govern standards, support engineering delivery, and ensure reliable, compliant electrical and electronic system performance across concept, design, manufacture, validation, and commissioning.
