Transaction Banking, Leadership and Strategy, Associate

Strategic Planning & Execution: Work with senior leadership to develop, refine, and execute TxB’s growth strategy, translating complex business objectives into clear, concise presentations for internal committees (e.g., Board, Operating Group) and external partners. Market & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on the Transaction Banking and Payments landscapes to uncover key industry shifts, evaluate competitor positioning, and identify potential strategic partnerships or product enhancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate strategic alignment working across product managers, engineering teams, sales coverage, and control functions (Risk, Compliance, Legal) to drive key business initiatives. Performance Management: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business growth, product adoption, and financial performance, providing data-driven insights to senior executives.
