This role is a Back Office Insurance Operations position supporting Zurich Australia’s Motor Insurance business. The employee will process new business and renewal transactions, prepare and update policy-related information, collaborate with underwriters and brokers, maintain workflow systems, and ensure high-quality, timely processing while adhering to insurance guidelines and service standards.
