Responsibilities:
Develop project management plans, scope, objectives and timelines.
• Define project governance and structure.
• Manage dependencies and activities.
• Manage project budgets and resources.
• Lead project teams and assign tasks.
• Monitor and communicate project status to stakeholders and/or lead steering
committees.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and remove roadblocks for the team.
• Lead a project team of 5 20+ technical exp
Mandatory skill sets:
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
• Proficiency and certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP,
PRINCE2, Agile).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Understanding of risk management and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Management of a large budget and project teams.
• A seasoned and senior expert who can lead the delivery of results through others
and provide advice vertically and horizontally.
• Ability to solve complex business problems with minimal guidance provided
• A Team Leader who leads individual contributors who are experienced technical
experts and/or leads medium sized operational teams (team size of 5-20+ people).
• You can form annual prioritisation of work for yourself and team, support of the
broader BU agenda.
• Ability to lead a number of large projects with broad impact.
• Ability to influences others to support long term strategic objectives at a Business
and BU level.
• Ability to manage a budget and monitor spend for your area.
