Global Banking & Markets, Trading Documentation Group (“TDG”) Negotiator, Associate/Vice President, Hong Kong

The candidate will ideally have experience in negotiations of ISDA documentation suite, including various types of credit support arrangements, as well as regulatory initial margin documentation and CDEA. Experience with repurchase, securities lending, master confirmation or prime services documentation is also valuable.
