Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime Improve line efficiency, reliability, and Asset Intensity (AI) Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities Lead and participate in continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Hygiene, and Food Safety requirements Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical teams   We're Looking For  Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills  Hands-on problem-solving mindset  Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, RCA, or 5 Why methodologies is an advantage  Good communication and teamwork skills  Experience in Beverage, Food, FMCG, or Packaging industries is preferred   Why Join Us?
