Audio Systems Lead Engineer

Lead the development and delivery of best-in-class (BIC) audio performance across branded and non-branded audio systems. Partner closely with audio component engineers, cross-functional Ford teams, and suppliers to define system requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure audio system performance meets program, quality, cost, and timing objectives. Drive collaboration from concept through validation and launch, balancing acoustic performance, integration, and customer experience.
