HR Operations Generalist Sigmoid Analytics People Operations | Bengaluru Job Description: HR Operations / Payroll Generalist Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) We are looking for an HR Operations/Payroll Generalist with 2–4 years of experience in HR operations/shared services. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, strong on MS Excel, and passionate about delivering a smooth employee experience. Roles & Responsibilities Manage HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, exits, and related documentation. Drive exit management, probation confirmations, conversions, extensions, and issuance of HR letters. Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS and generate reports/dashboards. Good knowledge and interest in numbers and keen to learn and handle payroll inputs, validations, finalization, and disbursement for large employee bases. Use advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, data validation, data cleaning) for analysis and reporting. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely resolution. Support HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement. Contribute to HR projects, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
