Senior Manager (New Initiatives & Programs) - Instamart  This role will be responsible for ideating, conceptualizing and executing end to end, key strategic initiatives that will form subsequent waves of disruptive growth for Instamart. This role will remain distant from the daily/weekly number delivery part of the business  What will you get to do here?  Own the end to end 0-1 execution of new initiatives that could drive a step jump in key growth metrics (frequency / retention / NU acquisition).
