Country Manager (Italy)

Watton Hall are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country Manager to oversee operations within a designated country. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth and ensure compliance with local regulations. Location: Italy Main Responsibilities  Oversee the daily functions of the pharmaceutical business, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies. Develop and implement successful business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities within the region, implementing initiatives that promote growth and enhance market presence. Ensure compliance with all public health guidelines, laws, and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical sector. Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, government agencies, and other relevant parties while representing the company at local events or meetings. Profile Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Business Management, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical industry is required. Strong understanding of business strategies with proven ability to drive growth.
