You focus on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. Your role involves fostering innovation in testing strategies, driving the adoption of intelligent and predictive automation solutions, and ensuring that the testing function consistently delivers high-quality outcomes across projects. Collaboration and leadership are central as you guide teams toward achieving excellence in quality engineering. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align testing objectives with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Now Assist. - Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering processes. - Ability to analyze complex testing challenges and develop innovative automation solutions. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and integrity.
