The role partners closely with sales and business leaders to redesign how sales teams operate, prioritize opportunities, leverage insights, access knowledge, adopt AI-enabled capabilities, and execute against growth objectives. The position serves as a strategic transformation partner to leadership, driving enterprise-wide initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness, productivity, decision-making, and organizational agility.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales operations, enablement, transformation, data, and AI, helping build the next generation of capabilities that support profitable growth and long-term competitive advantage.
