Job Description Job Purpose : Manage Corporate portfolio life-cycle activities, which includes Tax, Legal and Corporate Affairs businesses processes, and drive through tower structure sustainable solutions to maximize the value contribution of company’s investment  Advocate and enforce applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and/or maintenance of Corporate systems.  This role provides global technical and functional knowledge for Corporate systems for design, development, deployment and operations for products and services in this area, including ITIL Service Delivery process, Deliver Continuous Improvement, Deployment project roles and Service Introduction project roles.  Also accountable for Design Authority and within Corporate for all products and services. This position reports to a Product Lead/Manager, working in strong collaboration with all Finance & Corporate tower’s structure, but specially with the Product Solution Architect. Key Responsibilities   Main accountabilities and Key activities   Play Design Authority role for the Corporate in the Product team level, assessing impacts and approving all the initiatives that are going to be related to products and services on this product team  Support the demand management process with the business (CIPs, projects, major incidents, special requests), including address Escalation of incidents/requests/problems/demands from business  Involvement on transformational programs/projects to provide functional and technical expertise, collaborating with since the design until go live of products, including Service Introduction role when needed  Seek highly automated solutions and new approaches to work for Corporate  Partnership with Product Owner and/or Functional Experts on continuous improvement, evolution of the product and Lifecycle management  Service management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model operational excellence, with overall accountability on the metrics for service (SLAs. Availability, performance, etc)  Development management with 3Rd Party vendors based on role model development excellence, with overall accountability on metrics for development  Strong collaboration with business to translate business functional requirements into actual practical and working IT solution specifications and assuring high level of satisfaction from the customers  Participate on new design for solutions, services and products together with Business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Transformational programs, Strategic Functional Capabilities, Business Partnership, etc.  Liaise with the other Corporate areas to ensure consistent cross-functional business process design  Providing supervision and guidance to development teams around the current product and services design, assuring the design is protected and the global/mandate processes are secured  Support Operations in complex and high impact issues and problems as they arise.   Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed  Continuously assess the current portfolio and applications lifecycle, assuring the systems have vendor-supported versions and patching, suggesting applications retirement, upgrades or new solutions when necessary. Assessing the systems architecture currently in place (including satellite systems) and working with Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure to recommend solutions to improve it  Building and integrating other products and services to meet the company’s needs  Accountable for process and technical knowledge gathering, update and validation of products and services under Corporate, including documentation/knowledge from external teams that will touch those services and products  ·       Support Product Lead/Manager on lifecycle management for products and services across the markets and locations, considering business priorities, budget, current versions and risks   ·       Assist with change management activities, including releases and production slots  Context and Scope   Hands on and “can do” attitude  Work as part of a high-performance team to delivery end to end all demands from the customers and business  Identify opportunities to leverage external best practices and trends to improve processes in line with strategic business needs  Maintain up to date related Process, Technical and Functional Documentation  Agile and DevOps mindset  Great teamwork Job Specifications/Qualifications   Good communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure  Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred Knowledge/Experience IT Background  Strong Corporate applications’ knowledge, preferred on Tax, Legal, Corporate Affairs. Experience on Business areas will be a plus.  Experience in the functional area preferably in an IT role, operational role, key user or functional expert role  Good knowledge of current business processes in the Corporate.
