Tester-Plating (1st shift)

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Plating Tester to support plating operations by inspecting, testing, and verifying the quality of plated components throughout the manufacturing process. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting visual and dimensional inspections, performing coating thickness and adhesion testing, documenting results, identifying defects, and ensuring plated products meet customer specifications, engineering requirements, and company quality standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, process compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
