The PD Academy program is a structured development program combining role-specific training with an applied engineering project. Join Ford’s Product Development Engineering Design team to develop vehicle components and support their progression from concept through analysis, optimization, and production. The work may include interior, exterior, or underbody components and their subcomponents and attachment features. You will collaborate with engineering partners and suppliers to deliver designs that meet functional, package, feasibility, manufacturability, and quality requirements.
