The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and applying a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges effectively. This position demands a balance of creativity and technical expertise to build scalable and efficient software systems that meet evolving client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with business objectives. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with project goals. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles. - Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. - Knowledge of database design, SQL, and data management. - Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.
