As an   Agile Project Manager   at FTSE Russell, you will   lead, coordinate, and drive   the delivery of high-impact initiatives across multiple Scrum teams. You will   collaborate   with partners in Product, Engineering, and Operations to   transform ideas into tangible outcomes, ensuring value is delivered from concept through realization. This role demands a professional who can   analyze data, visualize insights, and communicate effectively   with senior leadership. You will   standardize reporting processes,   streamline workflows, and   enable informed decision-making   across diverse portfolios in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Partner   with collaborators to   develop and present   compelling cases for critical initiatives during the annual FTSE Russell Investment Planning Process. Translate   Epics into prioritized User Stories with clear acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners. Embed   yourself within Scrum teams,   facilitating   daily stand-ups, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions to   ensure delivery   against sprint goals. Monitor and mitigate   risks,   lead   cross-functional dependencies, and   design   rollout strategies for new capabilities, including UAT and training. Identify and resolve   process inefficiencies,   recommend improvements, and   call out issues   when necessary. Build and maintain   a robust reporting framework to   streamline   status and MI reporting for multiple governance forums (Scrum meetings, Steering Committees, Investment Committees, Board meetings). Skills & Experience Technical Proficiency:   Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Confluence, with expertise in   data visualization. Analytical Strength:   Strong numeracy and technical background, ideally in Computer Science, Finance, or Mathematics. Communication:   Ability to   influence, present, and engage   partners at all levels, including C-suite. Agile Tools:   Fully conversant with Jira. Experience:   3+ years handling Financial or Technology projects, with exposure to full SDLC and engineering standard processes (TDD, Pair Programming, Code Reviews, Regression Testing). Certifications:   Certified Scrum Master. Attributes:   Independent, adaptable, and capable of   handling multiple initiatives simultaneously. Desirable Skills Experience with Financial Indices. Programming knowledge (Java, Python, VBA, SQL). Personal Attributes Curious:   Continuously seeks to learn and improve. Problem-Solver:   Diagnoses and resolves   complex issues effectively.
