Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of manufacturing equipment, production machinery, utilities, and facility-related assets that support HVAC and Liquid Cooling operations. This role leads preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment uptime, safety, productivity, and maintenance cost reduction. The Maintenance Engineer works closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and EHS teams to maintain equipment performance, improve asset reliability, and support production objectives. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, implementing reliability best practices, and supporting the long-term sustainability of manufacturing operations.
