Business Architect

Ford Motor Company is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Business Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team. This role is specifically designed to bridge the gap between complex technical solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Legacy Systems) and business value streams (Finance, Purchasing, etc.). The successful candidate will serve as a primary liaison, ensuring that architecture is not only technically sound but also effectively communicated and governed based on enterprise standards. You will focus on driving consistency, transparency, and alignment through communication and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
