Validate signings against the unallocated cash report and messaging tab in Prequel. Issue the monthly statement to brokers by the 11th of the month following completion of research and signing validation. Where no response is received, send the first, second, and third follow-ups at intervals of seven working days, and escalate unresolved cases to the onshore team after the third follow-up. Respond to broker inbox queries within 24 hours and update notes in Prequel after each research activity or follow-up, ensuring all related emails are stored in the credit control folder in Prequel.
