Description The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver Pre-Process (Language & Soft Skills) and/or Refresher Trainings to all EXL employees. The job also includes recommending updates to the training curriculum, gathering TNI; suggesting module changes/ updates and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.
